Park Hyatt Istanbul-Maçka Palas will host Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, a seasonal culinary experience from 19 September through 25 September, saluting the ingredients, flavors, culture and talents of the Turkish wine. This special gastronomic Park Hyatt Masters week will feature seasonal special Turkish cuisine menu paring with talent Turkish wine as well as an interactive workshop.

12.00 noon – 3.00pm / 7.00pm – 10.00pm
A Special Menu made from seasonal Turkish flavors, paired with a variety of Turkish wines is priced at TL150 per person inc. VAT.
Monday 19 September 2011, Wednesday 21 September and Saturday 24 September / 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Workshops with Kayra’s experienced Sommelier to learn more about how wine grapes and and varietals, matching wine and food and selecting wine.
Wednesday 21 September / 3.00pm – 5.00pm
The executive chef will give a brief synopsis of what kind of dishes will be prepared and how they will be made.
Guests will be welcomed to The Prime’s open kitchen to learn how to prepare the starter course of the Turkish menu.
